Due to the nature of digital services and consultancy-based work, all payments made to Abdin Ventures are subject to the refund terms mentioned below.

NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable once the service process has been initiated.
As our services involve digital delivery, consultation, strategic execution, manpower allocation, and time investment, refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after payment
- Client decision to discontinue the service
- Delay or failure from the client in providing required information, access, or materials
- Misunderstanding of service scope after purchase
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with agreed deliverables
- Results dependent on third-party platforms or market performance

PAYMENT GATEWAY APPROVAL SERVICES – IMPORTANT NOTICE
For payment gateway assistance or approval-related services, Abdin Ventures strictly follows the policy below:
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Submitted documents are incorrect, incomplete, or rejected
- The client’s business does not meet compliance or eligibility requirements
- The business or individual has prior bans, blocks, suspensions, or policy violations
- Approval is denied by the payment gateway provider due to internal risk assessment or platform policies
Payment gateway approvals are solely controlled by third-party providers, and Abdin Ventures does not guarantee approval outcomes.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (ONLY APPLICABLE SCENARIO)
A refund shall be considered only in the following situation:
If the agreed service cannot be delivered solely due to an error, negligence, or failure from Abdin Ventures’ side, and
The service has not been substantially initiated or delivered.
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment only
